Delete your account

Threes & Fives only needs an account for online play. Playing the computer never needs one. You can delete your online account at any time.

In the app

Open Threes & Fives and tap Settings on the home screen.
Under Online account, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email r.calvert@rcsc.uk from the email address you sign in with (or tell us the name you play under) and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What's deleted

Your name, email address, Apple or Google sign-in link and your seats at any tables are removed straight away, and your sign-in stops working on every device. Any game you were part of carries on with the computer in your seat. Server logs, which may include your IP address, are kept for no more than 30 days. Past games stored on your own device stay there until you delete the app.
