On iPhone and iPad, the Threes & Fives app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. On Android, the app is downloaded from this site, not Google Play, and it's licensed to you for your personal use under these terms. These terms add a few points about online play.
Online play
Online play is currently free. If we ever start charging for it, it will be an optional subscription, we'll tell you in the app first, and these terms will set out the details.
Playing fairly
Please be decent to the people you play with. Names that are offensive or pretend to be someone else aren't allowed. We may change a name, or close an account, that breaks these rules or tries to cheat or disrupt games.
The service
We work hard to keep online play running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If a game is interrupted, the scores in that game may be lost. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
